$200 per month. Entitles patients to 6 visits per year….Initial appointment (1 hour) + Second appointment (1 hour) + 4 follow up appointments (30 minutes each). 10% discount if paid annually up front. Note: This is not an insurance plan

Pay Per Visit Option

$600 initial visit (1 hour). $500 second visit (1 hour). $300 per follow up (30 minutes)

Prospective patients are encouraged to book a complimentary 15-minute appointment. This allows both the patient and Dr. Austin to assess whether this is a suitable arrangement for medical care. Please note that medical advice will not be provided during this appointment.

No, but we can provide you with a superbill so that you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.

The question is often asked “why don’t you accept insurance?”. The heart of the reason is that the insurance company becomes the entity dictating what kind of patient care and medical treatment can be provided…not the provider and patient.

Longer appointments are needed in the beginning to provide enough time for a deeper dive into the patient health history and determine initial treatment path.

The goal is to create the most comprehensive and impactful medical treatment possible. Naturally, that requires quality time spent discussing as much as possible.
