An appointment superbill (receipt) can be provided to each patient for potential insurance reimbursement.

Reimbursement amount will be subject to the patient’s insurance policies. Dr. Austin does not accept insurance.

Why doesn’t Dr. Austin accept insurance?

The main reason is that the insurance company becomes the entity dictating many important items like appointment time length and what kind of medical treatment can be provided…not the patient and Dr. Austin.

Monthly Pay

  • $200 per month

  • Entitles patient up to 8 appointments per 12 month period

    • Initial appointment (1 hour)

    • Second appointment (1 hour)

    • 6 follow-up appointments (30 min)

    • 10% discount if paid annually up front

    • It is the patient responsibility to track and utilize allotted appointments

    • Patient must provide notice when they want to no longer participate in the monthly plan.

    • Note: This is not an insurance plan

Pay-Per-Visit

  • $600 initial visit (1 hour)

  • $500 second visit (1 hour)

  • $300 per follow-up (30 minutes))

No Fee Consultation

  • Prospective patients are encouraged to book a complimentary 15 minute appointment. This allows the patient and Dr. Austin to assess whether this is a suitable arrangement for medical care.

  • Please note that medical advice will not be provided during this appointment

  • Access to topical Q&A sessions
